Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, perform consultations, invoice services, meet legal obligations, and — with consent or legitimate interest where applicable — understand aggregate site usage. Contract performance and legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice are primary bases; consent applies where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing engagement or legal claim. Client project files are retained for up to 36 months after the last deliverable, then deleted or anonymized, unless tax or commercial law requires longer storage of invoices.
