By using this site or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.

Services described

We provide advisory consultations and document review related to job applications in Germany. Descriptions on this site are informational. A confirmed email scope defines the deliverables for each paid engagement. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, visa outcomes, or salary results.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for the materials you submit. Do not upload unlawful content or documents you are not entitled to share.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original written materials produced by Dynamicdatatools remain our intellectual property until delivered drafts are transferred for your personal use under the engagement. You may use delivered CV and letter drafts for your own applications. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without permission.

Client materials

You retain rights to your prior CV, certificates, and personal data. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the consultation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamicdatatools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on advisory content. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Munich shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
