How we work
From first message to a usable application draft
A clear path for international applicants who want CV and cover letter strategy without mystery steps or vague “career transformation” language.
Intake
You write via the contact form or email with your target roles, language preference, and which consultation you think you need. We reply within two business days with a suggested format and fee range.
Materials ahead of the session
At least 48 hours before a live session, you send your current CV, any draft cover letter, and two or three job ads. For written reviews, you send the full package you plan to submit.
Working session or written critique
We meet in Munich or on video, or we return annotated files. The focus stays on German hiring norms: chronology, evidence, formal tone, and document hygiene.
Revision window
Agreed revision rounds happen by email within the timeframe listed for that consultation. After the window closes, further edits are a new booking.
You apply
You submit applications yourself. If an interview arrives, Interview Narrative Coaching is available as a separate session — we do not auto-enroll you.
