Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy applies to paid consultations offered by Dynamicdatatools for employment consulting in Germany — CV strategy sessions, cover letter clinics, application package reviews, and interview narrative coaching.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on whether work has started, how much notice you give, and whether deliverables were already provided. Informational rates on the site are not invoices; the confirmed engagement email controls the fee.

Cancellation timeframe

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled live session: full refund of amounts paid for that session, minus any non-refundable deposit explicitly labeled as such in your confirmation.
• Within 48 hours of a live session: 50% refund of the session fee, unless we cancel on our side.
• No-show without notice: no refund for that session slot.

Written reviews

If you cancel a written Application Package Review before we begin reading your files, you receive a full refund. After review work has started, we may offer a partial refund reflecting unfinished portions, or a credit toward another consultation, at our discretion.

Work already started

Once a revised CV draft, cover letter, or written critique has been delivered, fees for that deliverable are non-refundable. Unused revision rounds expire at the end of the stated window and are not refundable as cash.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.

Deposits

Deposits hold calendar time. If a confirmation labels a deposit non-refundable, that amount is retained when you cancel inside the late window or fail to attend. Otherwise deposits follow the percentages above.

Purchased materials

We do not sell physical product kits. Digital drafts delivered to you are considered consumed goods for refund purposes once sent.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add delay beyond our control.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under German law.
