Who this is for

International professionals applying to roles in Germany who need their CV to match local expectations — chronological clarity, concrete achievements, and the right level of formality — without sounding like a translated template.

What you leave with

  • A revised Lebenslauf structured for German recruiters and applicant-tracking filters
  • Clear guidance on photo use, personal details, and education recognition language
  • Annotated notes explaining every major change so you can maintain the document later
  • A short priority list for roles you should target next with this version

Scope

Included: one 90-minute video or Munich office session, review of your current CV (English and/or German), up to two revision rounds within five business days, and a one-page application checklist.

Not included: cover letter drafting (see Cover Letter Clinic), LinkedIn profile rewrites, or ongoing application submission on your behalf.

How the session runs

  1. You send your current CV and three target job ads at least 48 hours before we meet.
  2. We walk through gaps between your experience and German hiring language.
  3. You receive a revised draft and revision notes after the session.
  4. You request up to two rounds of edits by email within five business days.

Preparation

Bring (or upload) your current CV, degree certificates if recognition is relevant, and a brief note on work authorization or relocation timeline. Sessions are available in English; German-language CV output can be arranged when you already have working German.

Location

Munich office appointments or remote video — same fee either way.
